We’re excited to announce the expansion of Greencarrier Consolidators’ operations into the Czech Republic with the opening of a new office in Prague. This move marks a significant step in our consolidation strategy, aimed at accelerating LCL services and broadening our reach and local presence in Central Eastern Europe.

Following our successful expansion in Poland, which laid the groundwork for our presence in the region, we’re strategically entering the Czech Republic market. With its central role in the automotive and production sectors, the Czech Republic is a key trading partner for major global economies such as China, the US, Mexico, Brazil, and Germany.

“After our successful launch in Poland, the Czech Republic emerges as the next logical destination for expansion, channelling LCL volumes through our Hamburg hub as an initial step. Our long-term plan, in collaboration with our overseas agents, includes establishing direct import and export services in these important markets,” says Tim Jurischka, CEO of the CEE region.

Greencarrier Consolidators will offer direct shipping services from China’s main ports to Prague, along with multiple direct services via our gateway in Hamburg. Leveraging competitive truck and IPI (Inland Point Intermodal) services, we will ensure seamless transit between Prague and Hamburg, enhancing availability and transit times for our customers between various destinations.

“I am thrilled to expand our operations into a new market in Central Europe. This expansion will allow us to increase our LCL capabilities and expertise by delivering services from countries such as the Czech Republic, Poland, and other global locations. We aim to build a strong team, focusing on strengthening our position in product delivery and taking on new challenges. Our goal is to be close to our customers, gain a deeper understanding of their needs, and exceed their expectations,” says Kenneth Reese, CEO of Greencarrier Consolidators.

The new office is planned to open in the summer of 2024.
