Strengthening Greencarrier’s container and logistics offering
Container Norway Utleie AS has operated since 1994 and has built a solid market position based on extensive industry experience and strong, long-term customer relationships. The company supplies a wide range of container solutions to customers across Norway, supported by a dedicated team and an established network.
Greencarrier has acquired 60% of the company’s shares, becoming the majority owner. Existing owners Øyvind Degnes and Jan Krokedal remain minority shareholders, and Øyvind Degnes will continue in his role as CEO to ensure continued stability and operational continuity.
Expanding container capabilities
The addition of Container Norway Utleie AS complements Greencarrier’s existing logistics offering and enhances the company’s ability to deliver flexible container solutions across multiple sectors.

Container Norway Utleie AS will retain its current name and continue operating under the leadership of Øyvind Degnes.
