JAS became the global Air and Ocean partner of Greencarrier Freight Services in 2017 and our two companies have since worked in close collaboration. We have a lot in common and our company cultures spurs from similar family owned views on how to run business.
Since the establishment of Greencarrier Freight Services in 1993 the development has been astonishing. As owners we are very proud of what we have accomplished together over the years. Serving over 15.000 customers with logistics solutions to over 100 countries by close to 800 employees is both humbling and truly honoring.
Driving business innovation and shaping tomorrow is in the core culture and common theme for all business Greencarrier engages in. To find the proper home for Greencarrier Freight Services, where first and foremost the company cultures align and the employees are well taken care of and given opportunities to grow and prosper has been a must when agreeing with a buyer. Also of course ensuring a continued strong focus on creating customer value with a “yes it’s possible” mindset. We feel that in JAS we have found that and we are looking forward to see the continued development of the business under the wings of JAS.
Greencarrier AB continues to drive and develop the remaining companies within the group such as Hecksher, Maritime Transport and Agencies, SOIC and Greencarrier Liner Agency.
The purchase agreement is subject to approval by competition authorities.
