How long have you worked here?

I joined Greencarrier in May 2022, so I’ve been here for almost two years. Initially, I worked in the export department, focusing on customer service. However, for the past year, I’ve been involved in import operations. It’s interesting to navigate both sides, as they’re different but still connected.

What are your interests outside of work?

Outside of work, my primary focus is on my children, who are quite young and need attention. I’m also interested in music, art, wine, and food. When time allows, I enjoy dining out with loved ones, attending concerts, and immersing myself in music. But currently, family life keeps me quite busy.

How would you describe your role?

I handle customer service in the import department. It’s an independent role that requires proactivity and adaptability. Every day brings new customers, processes, and circumstances to learn from. The fast-paced industry keeps us on our toes, and organizational skills are crucial, especially dealing with costs on the import side.

What is the most exciting part of your job?

The most exciting aspect of my job is interacting with customers, assisting them in finding optimal shipment solutions, and ensuring they feel well taken care of.

How would you describe the culture at Greencarrier?

The culture at Greencarrier is fantastic. The team spirit is strong, and there’s a sense of unity. We work closely with the Baltic countries, and the collaboration is seamless. Throughout the whole organization we operate as one team with a shared goal, and that’s nice to be part of.

What is the main reason you chose to work at Greencarrier?

I chose to work at Greencarrier because it presented a new industry for me. Starting with a four-month period during the summer. I appreciated the fresh start in a different sector, since I´ve been working in the tech branch before.

When do you feel proud of being part of Greencarrier?

I feel proud to be part of Greencarrier when I witness the company’s growth and development. Contributing to its success, offering cross-country services, and serving prominent companies instills a sense of pride.

I´m also proud that we can offer our customers cross country services from our offices, especially in the northern and Baltic countries. Also, the treatment of employees by the company, with a supportive HR and effective leadership, adds to that pride.

Do you have any advice for customers planning their shipments?

For customers planning shipments, my advice is to book and request services well in advance. Being well-prepared with all necessary information minimizes the risk of unfulfilled requests.

What advice do you have for those who want to work with your team at Greencarrier?

I recommend asking questions and finding your working style. I also think it is good to have courage to be independent and take risks sometimes, that’s a good way to learn. Also embrace your imperfections, enjoy your work, and share your successes, big or small, with others.

Is there anything else you would like to add?

In addition, the onboarding process at Greencarrier is excellent. It’s structured in small steps, providing support and guidance throughout. Getting to know the team and the company becomes easy and straightforward once you’ve joined.
