How would you describe your role?

My role is comprehensive, involving control over nearly every aspect of the import department, encompassing both operations and sales. My colleagues and I possess extensive knowledge of the entire link and supply chain, aiming to contribute to our customers through competitive freight rates. We engage in negotiations with Evergreen to secure optimal vessel space for our customers’ bookings.

Our responsibilities extend to ensuring that planned shipments are smoothly loaded onto vessels, managing all details operationally upon arrival. Additionally, we promptly dispatch arrival notices and ensure timely invoicing. The manageable scale of our company in Denmark is advantageous, allowing for a hands-on approach to each booking. It provides us with insight into all aspects of our work, and that’s something I appreciate. What is the most exciting part of your job?
