How our employees feel about working at Greencarrier
Every year, we carry out an employee survey to understand how satisfied our colleagues are across the Greencarrier Group. One of the results from this survey is called the Employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS).
Put simply, eNPS shows how our employees feel about Greencarrier as a workplace. It measures whether people would recommend Greencarrier as an employer to others, giving us valuable insight into how we are doing and where we can improve.
The greencarrier spirit fund
Social actions reflecting the passion of our employees
Each year, we allocate one percent of our annual profit to the Greencarrier Spirit Fund. This is part of our commitment to a sustainable society, allowing us to give back financially. The fund supports a wide range of organizations as well as personal involvement from our employees.
